All our products are printed on demand so we don’t normally offer returns for ‘change of mind’. That said, any items that are received which have any defects or that don’t arrive for any reason will be replaced with no cost to the customer.
We will ask you to supply photographs of any defective items and the provision of these by email is a condition of any returns or replacements.
Our items are shipped with tracking for your peace of mind.

Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

If you would like to submit a request to have this data deleted please contact High Speed History’s Data Protection Officer: monica@highspeedhistory.com. Please note that not all data can be deleted. HRMC requires VAT information be stored for no less than 7 years, and if you have any orders still being processed when making a request then the data used to fulfil these orders cannot be deleted until the orders have been marked as shipped.
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.

Personal Data sent to MailChimp includes names and email adresses, and other information required to segment an audience. High Speed History never segments audience’s with robots – this is done by Data Processors.
